I voted North Korea because often they make no sense. But if G-Max's first picture is legit, I think I was wrong. The U.S. probably has the most variety with more people being weird, but overall the country isn't as weird as some others.
I still don't understand why anyone would consider the USA weird. Granted, there are some parts of it that are weird (like just about the entirety of California), and some general political hypocrisy, and our culture is more or less a mishmash of every other culture on the planet in varying proportions, but how does that come anywhere near the sort of crap seen in other countries?
I think that the internet isn't a very good way to determine Japan's weirdness. Honestly, if you go by the internet, then every country is tied for weirdest country.
Limited Knowledge perhaps, but I picked Japan, based off of the way my relationship with the country works. I will watch a video on youtube and think "Wow. I can't imagine Japan getting any crazier" and then the next day I see a video ten times as insane. My body just can't handle the stuff I see come from that place at times.
I reckon every country would be weird in its own ways, you've just got to get to know them a bit to realize it. Some countries (Japan, USA, North Korea) are better known for their weirdness than others. To be weird is to be human.

Japan integrates its own weirdness with the weirdest features of the US (wacky game shows, bizarre pornography, tweeny pop music, baseball) and wins this by a long shot.
