What would you do if a bird picked you up?

Would the bird be a Seahawk by any chance?

What if 12 combined their forces?

Very interesting responses! Oh I see many fear you're going to be eaten or killed ... what if this bird looks like say a giant sparrow or cardinal or something, and she speaks and assures you she means you no harm, but will just be taking you on a friendly flight?

A sparrow or cardinal would not possess talons required to grab and lift me.
And if fables have taught me anything at all, I know they can't hold me in beak and talk without dropping me.:smug:

It would if it was big enough. Of course if it was big enough it would also be able to eat you.

So, going with the new premise that it is a big and convincingly friendly talking bird...being me, I would start negotiating. I need to convince it that I am a wonderful person, quite likely the only one it should really trust.

What about an African sparrow?

Then i would assume that i am lucid dreaming and tell the bird to let go cuz i can fly on my own

I don't like it when people who aren't my friends call me ‘friend’.

friendly != friend

friendly != friend
Yeah, I'm friendly with people for my job all the time, but would gladly glass them in the eye if I ever got stuck in a room with them.

I do get his point though; anyone who calls me "buddy" or something similar that I don't know instantly creeps me out.

When it's a bit of pushing in a pub the difference between a friend and calling someone "friend" is quite big.
