Also, VGL. Persia has one of the BEST UPs in the game, given how foreign culture negatively impacts expansion stability, they get a bigger threshold due to their immunity.
Maybe the Persian AI isn't very good but then again, neither are any of the others.
I couldn't pull this off as fast with any other ancient civ for sure, except maybe China, India or Rome, but even then, I couldn't occupy so many cores so early as I did.

As I said, so is every other civ. You were complaining about Persia being bad in general.
You never specified if you meant in the hands of a player or not.

Well,i meant their AI. Ottomans AI control their dream, Prussian AI also gets their dream, most of the AI gets their dreams in the end. All except Persia/Iran AI.

there are not that many other "ancient" civs
and Byz/Greece will beat that time/expansion usually

What are 'dreams'? Nazi Germany's 'dream' was to conquer the world and have all non-Aryans either eradicated or function as slaves to the master race. That 'dream' doesn't happen in this mod.

And this is but one single example.

If you're referring to how Arabia's AI or the Ottoman's AI can control such a large amount of territory, that also isn't a 'dream'; that's history.
