They've done it 7 days. I'm fairly sure they announce Brazil 7 days before Scythia which also fell on a Tuesday. It's been for the most part Tuesday and Thursdays.

On twitter, Firaxis posted a link (broken) to a new blog on diplomacy. So when they fix the link, we should be getting a new blog soon.

We are getting a new blog on diplomacy shortly. So we will probably get a first look video on diplomacy with the blog. But it looks like no new civ video because of gamescom. Maybe they are planning to announce the german civ at gamescom.

I guess that there will be no Germany reveal, the private video is the Diplomacy along with the blog which will reveal before GamescoM(not N, guys).
