I'm still connected to razorvine whenever I'm online and I now I'm on #Nesdnd, if that counts.
Honestly, you unbanned people too quickly who were banned for serious reasons. Might just be that you didn't have a full linguistic grasp of what was going on, that was always my take on it.
Someone says "China sucks" result: person gets insulted then banned anyone unbanning him gets banned.
Kraz says "XYZ person sucks" and then insults that person to be stupid, idiot and whatever else. Result: nothing happens, unless that person disagrees with his opinion. If he does then he gets banned for not obeying rules (what

rules ?)
So yes, it's my understanding of fairness, that is the problem here. I don't personally think, that anyone (other than pasi) deserves to be banned for longer than 4 hours. Unless that person starts same topic again when he rejoins. I tried to be fair and understanding, I did not see that much of that behviour amongst other moderators (counting out Dachs, NK and few others, whom I have some respect for). True, I may have been too kind, but there were plenty of people who were exact opposite of me and all I did was try to make this as nice place as CFC is...
#nes is not CFC, we have different rules and operate in a different way.
Then why did we advertise it as chatroom for NESers? Chatroom for *certain* NESers would have been more suitable and would not have confused me into understanding that this is a friendly chatroom that keeps friendly atmosphere in greate respect, just like CFC does. Besides that, original #Nes was for every NESer, despite of what their beliefs or usernames were. If this is not a continuation of original #NES, then sorry, I was seriously mistaken.
