No, the unpacked files (if you ctrl+s a webpage) are 460 kb, about half of that file are javascripts. I just thought that it's rather large for a forum page. If you take page properties (right click -> inspect page (or smth similar), then sizes you get are way smaller.
I thought right click-> inspect page did not include anything but the html file.

It's harder like that, yes, but hosts have bandwidth limits to user (anyone remember photobucket's "user has exceeded daily bandwidth limit", I saw that constantly in many threads on this forum, in paradox forums and even in taleworlds forums). Also there are commercial and juridical problems (is the image host hosted content being used in generating revenue? They want a share!)

Those are annoying, but there are plenty of hosts without bandwith alloutment. (DA and Imgur off the top of my head.)
As for the second issue, the hosted content isnt being used to generate revenue any more than when their services are used to post an image on the forum. Its not like they are being used to host banner ads and such.

I will bring up the 8 KB suggestion in staff.

So the first two episodes of Legend of Korra are out for viewing. Totally legal too!

Edit: I completely forgot Katara and Aang were a thing. Isn't that a huge plot element?

So StarNES: Updates Without Number (Epoch I) has hit Update III and is on the verge of Update IV. Even though it's a NES-lite I count this as a personal best. :trophy:

Also: does anyone know when Legend of Korra is airing? Because holy jesus poop do I need me some bender action.

Hey,

Yacht was the first word I ever heard banned from school books and that was 20 or so years ago. Don't know if that has been enforced or not. I thought it was really funny because of the 1988 America's Cup and the first hostile Deed of Gift challenge. Without the word yacht it couldn't be wrote about in history books. ;)

The war on interesting word problems is on.

Jonny wanted to drive to Nashville for his birthday because he heard he could get a good deal on meth. If Jonny lives 600 miles from Nashville how fast, on average, does he have to drive his Mercedes to make it there in 16 hours? What sort of cut should he expect after offloading the meth?

Why on Earth would yacht be banned from school books?

Because we cannot let poor people know about the toys for rich people.

In Denmark the exams are always about real world problems or controversal topics.

They are often intended as relatable though.

But, you see, Denmark is a country of socialist hedonists. Here in the states we have morals.
