Workers of the World!

Thank you for reply, Plotinus!

You are right with your comments on the long-armed dwarf model but anyway if you could make something out of it some time in the future, I think it will be the best of any possible neaderthal unit I could find, given the quality of your work.
Thank you in any case! :-)

Love the chain gang. And the soviet worker having a cicle was neat

A sombero worker would be col.

I'm with Ares...I'd love to see a Mongol worker. And even in slave societies, free people work. A true Roman worker should be a legionary anyway - they did all the road building, aqueduct building and fortress building, not slaves.

Roman road building was done by Roman legions, farming by their peasants, and mining and construction by slaves! and I still stand by that Mongols (ancient-medieval) didn't had workers!

but I do support the Mexican worker!

Of course they did. They were just the warriors too. They set up the Gers, tended the horses and made the weapons etcetera...

yes but whats that have to do with Civ3? did they build farms? (No); did they build mines? (No); did they build roads? (No);

Only thing I can think of is giving a Mongolian foot soldier ability to chop trees and jungles, nothing else!

Making a Mongolian (ancient-medieval) worker that does everything that other workers do is just "what if" fiction! nobody with real historical scenario with mongols would find a use for him.

But hey, its just my annoying opinion :)

Have it as a worker from an ethnic minority under the Mongol Khanate, ones that did do all those things and supplied the Mongols?
