Sydney Opera House - 2-3=-1 (ELIMINATED) - It just doesn't help much in achieving the cultural victory or making the game easier. It just comes too late to help me.
Taj Mahal - 4+1=5 - A waste of point, but I still want to give support for this wonder. I always try to build it for how beautiful it is and for helping me to avoid dark ages and earning golden ages.
Temple of Artemis - 25
Terracotta Army - 21
Venetian Arsenal - 24 - Fixed

Alhambra - 22
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 4 - Too late in the game and you need to plan centuries ahead, divert precious resources (workers, trade routes, rush buy) to make it happen in most cases.

Terracotta Army - 22 (21+1) - Comes at the right time in the early game to keep war going strong. The GG points don't hurt. An open borders to Archeologists help if you want to switch to culture later on and have ticked the entire world off with your warmongering ways.

Ruhr Valley - 15

Bolshoi Theatre - 17

Casa de Contratación - 21 + 1 = 22 (Probably worth building just for the 3 governor promotions but it has a huge impact on top of that when you have an empire split over multiple continents which happens pretty often)

Apadana - 20 (23-3) Im not into wonder spamming I'll build 3 in a game max ( it should be capped to this with each civ having a bias for specific wonders). Also civ states are so vulnerable you lose envoys often. It was hard to downvote this as i often try to build wonder/ civ specific and I love Persia.

Petra - 12 (11+1) If you build Petra in a city with desert hills of Silver, oasis, lots of floodplains for farms and open desert tiles for your UIs, you will always have the best city in the game. Most rewarding wonder to build and the satisfaction comes from turning undesirable land into something truly special.

Hermitage - 11 (14-3) Too expensive for what it provides, even if you're going for a culture victory. The Great Works slots are not as valuable in Rise and Fall due to the availability of the Natural History Museum tier 3 government building.

Terracotta Army - 22
Venetian Arsenal - 25

Alhambra - 22
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 5 (4+1): This one is good; try chopping it for a science victory. Maybe get Reyna to buy the campus and then buy all the science buildings. It will be good!
Angkor Wat - 20
Apadana - 20
Big Ben - 23
Bolshoi Theatre - 17
Broadway - 14 (17-3): Super late culture wonders on the other hand come too little too late. Making a few seaside resorts is better and like one tenth the cost

New
Alhambra - 22
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 6 (5+1) Yes, it comes along late in the game, but wonder is cool and the bonus is pretty massive. You can make super cities in the far north or south if there are enough sea resources nearby, and you have the gold to buy the initial districts and buildings. These are then great spots for this wonder.

St. Basil’s Cathedral - 20
Temple of Artemis - 26
Terracotta Army - 22

Alhambra - 22

Angkor Wat – 17 (20-3) --- The only thing the Angor Wat is much good at is making my people Angory (ie. more population, requiring more amenities). That and cost me production for the privilege.

St. Basil’s Cathedral – 21 (20+1) --- This is quite useful and fairly readily attainable. Just chop some forest on hills, then build mines. Or chop some of the forest tiles that are 4 tiles out. Russia seems prone to include these in its city sphere that are unusable for production, but still choppable! This contrasts well with the Chichen Itza, where to expedite the build, you’d have to chop the thing it bonuses (rainforest).

Great Zimbabwe - 19+1=20 I have to look back to understand how it can be below 20 , it's trade route enhancer , it nets a lot of gold per turn and ensure you have a great city. It's not even very hard to grasp ,the AI is not rushing it afaik.

Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 0 (3-3) ELIMINATED - The empire should already be flourishing at this point, and I'm running projects and building builders to speed up the construction of the space ship parts. Cute if you want to inflate your numbers, but the timing and requirements (snow tile, really?) say this has to go.

Bolshoi Theatre - 17
