@WillowBrook Ok you asked... CV with Oracle is very GP heavy. Be prepared to build lots of GW slots. Build GP-centric districts in that city and set up a permanent camp for Pingala with Grants promotion (total of +6 GP per turn) for the rest of the game. The real prize though is the increased recruitment of GM and GE though. Definitely Top 5 on my list.

Alhambra - 20
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 16 - fixed
Angkor Wat - 20
Apadana - 23
Big Ben - 23
Bolshoi Theatre - 20
Broadway - 20
Casa de Contración - 21
Colosseum - 25

Hanging Gardens - 17
Hermitage - 14
Huey Teocalli - 21
Jebel Barkal - 17
Kilwa kisiwani - 22
Kotoku-in - 11 (14-3) - Warrior monks are next to worthless. So this is really for the 20% faith in city.. which I'd rather build a Mosque or something.. else.
Mahabodhi Temple - 14
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus - 23
Mont St. Michel - 20
Oracle - 18
Oxford University - 21
Petra - 16
Potala Palace - 20
Pyramids - 23
Ruhr Valley - 16
St. Basil’s Cathedral - 20
Taj Mahal - 6 - Fixed
Temple of Artemis - 24 (23+1) - When I get the right starting location, Magnus Chop - Activated. (I usually rush-buy monuments and go Craftsmanship -> State Workforce)
Terracotta Army - 20
Venetian Arsenal - 22

Fixed scores for Taj Mahal, Mahabodhi Temple, and added the Great Zimbabwe back.

Huey Teocalli - 22 = 21 + 1. This is another wonder that isn't necessarily the best but can be a lot of fun depending on the map. This + Netherlands/Indonesia + suzerain of Auckland = mega productive water tiles.
Jebel Barkal - 17
Kilwa kisiwani - 22
Kotoku-in - 11
Mahabodhi Temple - 8 = 11 - 3. 4 faith is as much as a temple while being 4 times as many hammers to build. If you want the apostles that badly it's probably better to use that production on a settler for a new city than can build another HS + Shrine + Temple for less production and more faith.

Bolshoi Theatre - 17 = 20-3, Really could give -3 to this, Sydney and hermitage. Minor bonuses too late. They should really all come with a free GA etc.

Just noticed Sydney OH was dropped on page 2, was 14 - I'll edit my post

Estádio do Maracanã - 17 (20 - 3) This one is just for show, a way to spend a ton of production to see how big you can make your ending cities. By the time it gives you the extra +2 Amenities and +8 culture per city, you don't need either, other than as a display of conspicuous consumption.
Forbidden City - 26
Great Library - 6 (5 + 1) Very useful when going for a culture-oriented victory. Extra writing slots, Great Writer points and you get a bonus from all the Great Scientists you're not going after, which saves you time/production pursuing eurekas. Can more than pay for itself, production wise, based just on the saved eurekas effort.

Sydney Opera House - 11 (14-3) Late game wonders should provide insane boosts, and this one just falls short. Even if you manage to build this early, you at most have 25 turns left in the game. 25 turns means you are spending 3.3K prod to get 200 culture, 125 great musician points and 3 Music Slots. You are better off running theater square projects.

Mahabodhi Temple - 9 (8+1... I agree it isn’t the best, but the AI loves it, and if you can snag away those two GPs from the AI to prevent it from quickly spreading their religion, it is helpful to build as a defensive measure.)

The rapid decline of Stonehenge presents an interesting question: Should the AI's priorities be considered when rating wonders? This is a question every voter can answer themselves, but my opinion would be no. The AI's priorities aren't inherent characteristics of the wonders. The best way to describe them might be as features of the default metagame rather than as part of the underlying game. I do understand , the opposing view, since single player against the default AI is the way the game is usually played in practice. Beyond Stonehenge, which was downvoted largely (though not exclusively) based on AI behavior, this question has major implications for the terrain based wonders: Petra would be a lot easier to build, for instance, if the AI only build it in cities where it was actually worthwhile. On the flip side, considering the AI's preferences makes wonders that the AI rarely builds, like Great Zimbabwe and the Venetian Arsenal, considerably stronger.

As for today's votes (which based on my viewpoint, do not consider AI priorities):

Alhambra - 20
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 16
Angkor Wat - 20
Apadana - 23
Big Ben - 23
Bolshoi Theatre - 17
Broadway - 20
Casa de Contración - 21
Colosseum - 25
Colossus - 14 (17 - 3) This wonder doesn't accomplish anything that couldn't be accomplished by default buildings and districts.
Cristo Redentor - 21
Eiffel Tower - 21
Estádio do Maracanã - 20
Forbidden City - 27
Great Library - 5
Great Lighthouse - 17
Great Zimbabwe - 18
Hagia Sophia - 17
Hanging Gardens - 17
Hermitage - 14
Huey Teocalli - 22
Jebel Barkal - 17
Kilwa kisiwani - 22
Kotoku-in - 11
Mahabodhi Temple - 10 (9 + 1) This isn't a top tier wonder, but it has a clear niche (jumpstarting a religion when you have high production but lack faith or want to spend it on something other than apostles), and it fills that niche well.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus - 23
Mont St. Michel - 20
Oracle - 18

Colossus has wrong score after Phoenix' vote. 21-3=18, not 17, so Colossus should have 15 points after Amrunril's downvote.

Alhambra - 20
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 16
Angkor Wat - 20
Apadana - 23
Big Ben - 23
Bolshoi Theatre - 17

Hermitage - 14
Huey Teocalli - 22
Jebel Barkal - 17
Kilwa kisiwani - 22
Kotoku-in - 11
Mahabodhi Temple - 10-3=7 - I just don't see it as a very useful wonder. If I build two/three fully developed holy sites in my Empire, I have no problem spreading my religion to me, some CS' and some neighbour when I go for something other than religious victory. If I go for religious victory, I'll just build more HS. This wonder might help me a little bit in achieving RV, but not much. Hagia Sophia is better.
Mausoleum at Halicarnassus - 23

Petra - 16
Potala Palace - 20
Pyramids - 23
Ruhr Valley - 16

Taj Mahal - 8+1=9 - Gotta save the wonder. It really can help me in achieving golden ages for the other half of the game. Oh, and it's beautiful :)

Mahabodhi Temple - 7
Mont St. Michel - 20
Oracle - 18
Oxford University - 21
Petra - 17 = 16 + 1 Ok it might not be the objectively best wonder, but it's the most fun one. Seeing a horsehockey city turn into a great production house is just so satisfying.
Potala Palace - 20
Pyramids - 23
Ruhr Valley - 16
St. Basil’s Cathedral - 20
Sydney Opera House - 11
Taj Mahal - 9

Great Library should be at 3 now. Trav’ling Canuc’s upvote was somehow lost.

And Estádio do Maracanã should be at 17. Trav’ling Canuc’s downvote was also lost.

Alhambra - 20
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 16
Angkor Wat - 20
Apadana - 23
Big Ben - 23
Bolshoi Theatre - 17
Broadway - 20
Casa de Contración - 21
Colosseum - 25
Colossus - 15+1=16. This one deserves a little love. Yes you could get most of the same results if you build a commercial district and a market and then a trader, but the wonder, but why not build both? Coastal cities can have a lot of empty tiles.....
Cristo Redentor - 21
Eiffel Tower - 21
Estadio do Maracaña - 17-3=14. So if I build a stadium and then I build this, then I get a ton of culture and amenities? The bonuses are certainly sizable, but I don't really see why they would be valuable after turn 200...

Potala Palace - 20
Pyramids - 25 (24+1) So glad the AI targets the crappier early wonders. +1 charge (and a free builder to replace the one that chopped these out) is, once again, beneficial to all civs & all victory conditions. Top 5 easy.
Ruhr Valley - 16
St. Basil’s Cathedral - 20
Sydney Opera House - 8 (11-3) Your Culture victory is either complete or well in hand by the time this rolls around. Uber expensive too. To be fair, I see a few others that need to go ASAP, but the timing just feels so right.
Taj Mahal - 9
Temple of Artemis - 24
Terracotta Army - 21
Venetian Arsenal - 22

Alhambra - 20
Amundsen-Scott Research Station - 13 (16-3) great in theory but way too restrictive with the placing + it's so late; getting the right set-up takes time.

Angkor Wat - 20

Big Ben - 23
Bolshoi Theatre - 17
Broadway - 20
Casa de Contración - 21

Great Zimbabwe - 18
Hagia Sophia - 17
Hanging Gardens - 14 (17-3) A bit faster growth in Civ 6 is not so overly important, +2 housing for the building city is not going to bring much benefit at once as this city will probably be built on a river already and will have no shortage of housing for quite a while. It is a very early and relatively expensive wonder and is situated on a leaf tech and requires a precious river tile which weakens it even more. May be a nice wonder to conquer but to build it yourself? No.

Terracotta Army - 21
Venetian Arsenal - 22

Also, about the elimination of the Great Library at this stage. I'm sorry, but most of the reasoning for downvote was... obsolete? Check out the R&F description again and then try it out when you go for CV. It may yet positively surprise you.
