I voted for Halloween Res. They're very good, yet simple enough to be easily seen and recognized in-game.

Kyriakos entry is also quite good, but I fear the white is too burned for my tastes.

While both are very well done creations, Kyriakos' cities get my vote. I like his latest sets a lot and not being from North America, Halloween never had the same attraction for me as I find people who grew up with it have.

AFAIK 9 days is more than a week. So it's already been extended.
