Building: Cafe

It's time for a cup of hot java. My only vice after I quit smoking two months ago. Well almost.
Cafe was requested by El Justo, I don't know how he's going to use it but Cafe goes nicely with coffee resource. Possible extra luxury, trade, happy face production...
No wondersplashes, as I tend to think Cafe as an improvement, not a wonder. A civped text entry there is, again from Wikipedia.

thank you Ukas!!! i think we're going to use it in the Vietnam War scenario as an improvement/building. credit to you will follow, i'm certain. i guess it'll produce happiness and it'll be a prerequisite for 'gogo bar'.

ah...c'est manifique!

perhaps the use could be a second granary...always thought it took way too much irrigating to make a city grow fast enough...another idea is to increase the effects of library, since for many decades they were used as a philosophy hub.
