I just started using BUG in the last year and I like its ability to name your units upon production but I don't like that the units don't get renamed after an upgrade. Is there a way that updates the unit name post-upgrade?

My favorite part of CIV is exploring.
It frustrates me when I suddenly see a lot more of the map once I become the suzerain of a city-state. If the city state explores the map a lot via ships, I almost get the entire map shown :(
