This is EXACTLY what is on my mind.

IMO, North Korea is actual Korea, since it has access of Uranium through trade. South Korea is either independent or part of America.

I think most people in Beijing actually wish the city is razed to the ground and resettled somewhere else.

Hear, hear! In the winter it's freezing cold and so dry your skin peels off, in the summer it's baking hot and rains enough to flood the subways. Spring only last three weeks and has dust storms. Autumn also only lasts three weeks and would be pleasant if a million tourists didn't come to look at the red leaves and Red monuments. The food supply used to come up the Grand Canal and now the water supply comes from the Yangtze. The surrounding hills trap the smog cutting off access to the sun.

No food, no water, no sunlight - a great place to settle! :sad:
