We are pleased to see that the German Empire is interested in attending these discussions. However, we think that in the spirit of multipartisanship, the young and newly unified Republic of Italy should have the honor to host the talks. This way any interpretation of powermongering can be handily dispelled.
As to the purpose of the meeting, it is quite simple. We must discuss real, efficient methods to stop the spread of Communism, including but not limited to international efforts to stamp out violent socialist movements and to guard the frontier against the spread of communism. Since France, bound as she is by the Treaty of Rome, cannot act in North America, it is of utmost importance that the Americans attend this conference, or else surrender themselves to communism immediately.
As for presently existing and self-proclaimed "legitimate" socialist movements, necessary, decent action is required to break their false system and usher in a more stable government. We of course point to Belgium and their so-called "elected" Socialist government, which has sought to destroy the Empire of France by supporting the communist pretenders of Calais. Embargos, sanctions, and military interventions are all acceptable forms of instituting regime change.
However, we are not barbarians. Hence, the conference. We must distill our righteous defense and organize it before Calais happens to all of the nation-states of the world. One isolated rebellion isn't much to speak of; much less two. But when the formerly great Mexico falls, and the mighty French brought to their knees, the threat is apparent and real. Our Calais may be Germany's Munich, Italy's Firenze, Russia's Moscow, New England's Albany, Virginia's Columbus. Give it time. Communism is a virus, and like smallpox, we must quarantine it, study it, and then thoroughly and absolutely eradicate it. That is the purpose of the ACC.
