By reasonable, Russia of course means one that the people of Rio de Sol will accept, preferably one without war reparations. Brazil rejects wholly and absolutely the threats of the Russian Empire. We will continue to negotiate, on our own terms, with the rebels in do Sol, and if we come to an agreement it will be an agreement that is acceptable to Brazil, not one which Russia, who is for some reason meddling in our affairs, considers "reasonable."

We infer from the statement above that Russia already has an unfounded dislike for Brazil, and we assure you that the only thing your bungle diplomacy has achieved is that the feeling is now mutual.

Treaty of Charleston Bay

For the End of Hostilities between the Peoples of Virginia and Georgia, the governments of said Peoples agree to the following Treaty:

1. Virginian troops will withdraw from sovereign Georgian soil to pre-War borders, and Georgia will respect these borders.

2. A non-expiring Pact of Non-Aggression, henceforth known as the Treaty of Sullivan Island, will be signed by both parties.

3. Virginia recognizes the Georgian government, formerly of Savannah, to be the one, sole government of the Republic of Georgia.

4. Georgia pledges to respect the right of the Virginian labor system, and agrees not to interfere in domestic affairs.
