So I followed instructions above, I have RoM 2.92 and AND 1.74, I added the shortcut to start ROM AND from desktop, but it still changes my default settings. For example if I set up ROM AND to be in 1366 x nnn resolution and select some graphic options like single unit, health bar, etc... then all this is changed in regular BTS which becomes 1024 x 867 (or what ever is screen resolution) and none of the graphic options that I use are selected in the BTS. If I now fix it in BTS (go to higher resolution...), restart the game and then quit and start now ROM AND the resolution in this one is now 1024 x nnn and no graphic options are selected. Although it is not game breaking thing, it is really annoying to me.

Please advise.

You can only play with AND mod. No other. And consistently use the shortcut to AND. If you play with other mods or BtS itself, you WILL HAVE TO changes your options repeatedly.

I recently downloaded A New Dawn 1.73 and tried to run it on my computer. Besides taking a good 10 minutes to load, when the mod the mod does load up, the menu screen lacks any type. If I click around where Single Player, Advanced, and so on might be, I do hear the effects, but there isn't any visible interface. Any help is appreciated. I'm trying to run Rise of Mankind 2.91, A New Dawn 1.73 and Clash of Civilizations 1.1
If I'm missing any useful information, please let me know.

This building affects all cities, shouldn't this be a National Wonder?

Currently it's set as a normal building with a latitude restriction only.

Compound EP craziness.

You need to upload your error logs.

Good Point.

I CtD in every single game I've played using this. It's super fun, so it's frustrating that I can only ever get to the Medieval Era before crashing. The last game I was playing Marcus Aurelius (as the Romans) and the game crashed at the year 1060 AD. I have almost all of the options enabled, I have the latest version (2.92 and 1.74 with the 1.74h patch). Any way I have of fixing this? I'm running Windows 7, I have 6GB of ram and a GeForce 9100 video card (which sucks, I know).

Hi,
I can't seem to build "Medics" (the Unit that is).
Civilopedia says I only need "Battlefield Medicine", which I have.
Does it have any other requirements? Was it perhaps even removed?

br,
Steel

I think they were removed.

How come my game always crashes once i reach 1100 ad?

I don't know - but the date is likely insignificant and unrelated to the crash. Please read the OP.

If this has already been brought up and there's a solution, could someone point me to it?

So, I followed all the installation instructions to a tee, DLed ROM, installed it to the correct folder, then did AND, and updated patch 3.19. I have XP, and I'm using the colonization one.

I load BtS and it works just fine, and I go to load mods, and it'll close out like it's going to load it and then this error appears:

Sid Meier's Civilization 4 : Beyond The Sword has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Any Ideas...?

Groundwater wells do not appear to carry irrigation as claimed. (Unless they do not count as a source, which to me seems rather unintuitive)

How do I know if I updated to 1.74h? I downloaded it and then tried to install and it told me several times in a row that there is an error, when I click ok installer itself tells me that it is done successfully, but it is obviously not since there is still same errors in the game.

Now finally I did it with no error, I started the game, those typos are fixed etc... but it says in list of features that there should be:

New AND Setting Option - No Auto Corporation Founding

When I start the custom game, there is NO this option to be seen, so how could I know if this patch installed correctly or not?
