Heroically Clueless
Yay, see? Now, for Mergle and BSmith, ok?
Kennigit gave the best analysis acouple of nights ago, which is why the mafia killed him I guess - he was clearly the sharpest of us.
Third on the Nija wagon, and his first post of substance in the game. Not necessarily a scummy move, but Nija had been acting pretty scummy at this point so it could be an active attempt to gain town cred by bussing him.Vote: NinjaCow64. Your reasoning is scummy as hell and you appear to be guilty of "The Mafia Like Voting for Askthepizzaguy" syndrome.
You know, Bsmith, saying "I'm innocent, I swear, ociffer" doesn't make you innocent. Acting like a complete scumbag, on the other hand, makes you the recipient of my vote.
You forgot to unvote.
Speaking of which, Unvote, Vote: BigTin, because calling the town stupid is done way more often by mafia than by townies, and as scummy as BSmith still seems, he did have a point about you.
So, you say that saying "scumbag" is a mafia-indicator, then proceed to say it.
Unvote, Vote: landlubber, because something about his reaction to Kennigit's accusation reaks of the "Oh crap, I've been accused, I must retreat" response.
True... someone could easily kill someone who said they were mafia simply because nobody would expect anybody to do that.
Anyway, Vote: landlubber, for the same reasons as yesterday. Zack seems a bit scummy too, but he seems like he could also just be a townie that was very wrong about BigTin.
And you're not doing that?
If both Mergle and BSmith are innocent, I'll eat my hat.
Between the two, I'd say Mergle is more likely to be mafia. His vote on NinjaCow was very late, and his vote on BigTin was in the middle of the pack, a great hiding place for mafia. He's also been pretty lurkery, posting little more than a vote with "I agree with what other people have said" reasoning on most days if that, and the posts that contain more than this don't contain much of anything that isn't fluff or random nonsense.
Where the hell is everyone? Fat lot of good we are going to do if nobody talks about anything.
Darth Caesar. Speak up man. What are your thoughts on this? You only have 5 posts all game. Why the hell havent you been WOGd yet? Yoshi you only have 4 posts. Same goes for you Id like to hear more from you.

After a few more fluff posts, he has this one, main purpose of which is to add credibility to the idea that I am scummy, when in reality I have just called out two mafia members and have caught Big Tin red handed trying to save his buddy. I immediately ask him to clarify how I am acting scummy, to which he has no answer.
I'm glad someone noticed.![]()
That rule will need some updating after this game is over...
At this point Big Tin has 3 votes against him not an insurmountable number that could be turned around. After three more votes for Big Tin are made in quick succession, he changes his mind and decides to jump on the wagon.
The writing is on the wall for Big Tin at this point and he is scrambling to get in on the right side of the action.
He makes another fluff post, to which ATPG asks him to provide some of his top suspects. He doesnt comply. In fact I dont think he ever has in this game.
He's been frequently guilty of "Criticizing the Town Syndrome," which according to such esteemed professors as Askvaard von Pizzaguy, Lady Weston-Hughes, and the Homicidal Psycho Jungle Cat known as Renata, PhD, is a scumtell. Landlubber has been pretty much acting scummy consistently.
I also give a FoS: General Olaf, for that vote switch late in the day that tied it up between ATPG and landlubber. If landlubber turns up mafia, he's my top suspect. Even if he doesn't, I'm still a bit suspicious of him.
Here he misquotes landlubber to make him look worse than he is. Now I along with many of you were also wrong on the landlubber issue, but this now looks like a deliberate push to help lynch landlubber, who with hindsight we now know was innocent. He is called on it, claims he misread the post, but doesnt change his vote or add any other analysis to the issue.
Next day vote on landlubber, but with a side kick to the now known innocent Zack.
More pressure on Zack. At this is right after I come off of Zack and change my vote to landlubber.
The overall theme here: keep pushing on the likely suspects, but dont offer much analysis or advice of your own. My take on this: scummy as hell. For that, I am going to vote for choxorn today. Please convince me I am wrong on this.
@BSmith: In the future, I would prefer it if you refer to me as "Ninja", "NinjaCow", "NC" or just plain old "NinjaCow64". However, I do not like the title "Nija". It was probably a typo but still.![]()
