I think they need to make "The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" a little
larger, or maybe shorten the name a bit.

It's true, the place is called Mesopotamia.

The Former Yugoslav Republic of Mesopotamia?

Given the presence of former Ustaša and present-day Hezbollah in the country, why not?

Moderator Action: The Macedonia discussion has been split off here. Please keep maps coming (at a minimum) every few posts.

That's one of those sepratist issues that are beloved by people who spend time drawing lines on maps on the internet, and not really by people living there

Transferring Celta and Super Depor is quite the bold move.

A while ago I read that Belgium and the Netherlands were going to swap a small
parcel of land because of the difficulty of investigating a murder that had been
committed on it. IIRC, the swap was seen to be more convenient to administer for
both countries.

Does anyone else remember that proposal and whether maps have been redrawn as
a result?

It was not just to investigate a single murder, it was because the current situation was generally inconvenient. The border is determined by how the river Maas (Meuse) flowed more than a century ago. The river meanders and sometimes takes a different path, and in that way you end up with some exclaves that are only reachable over water. So sometimes these exclaves are swapped to bring the border and the river back in line.

If they're willing to swap territory to make thing more convenient, why is Baarle-Hertog still a thing?

This plot of land was not inhabited (and as far as I can see, also not in active economic use, mostly government-owned nature).
The people who live in Baarle-Hertog don't want the situation to change. A significant part of the local economy is based on the legal situation. Selling petrol and fireworks on the Belgian side, etc.

For half of the last century, Spain has been governed by a Galician...

Not that his being Galician was the bad part.
