Ah, I didn't catch it under the title block at the beginning.
I still haven't figured out where it is on the Himiko video. I just rewatched it again and the three small print segments are about camera angles, multiplayer, and Trademarks.
More interesting regarding small print and video (but off topic to this thread) is that the Nintendo video announcing Meiji and Himiko also stated that the footage shows DLC content, and I‘m not sure whether that content was actually identified.
I checked here right now, and the messages on the bottom I saw were only those two:
Maybe you're misremembering? Cause if there was such info, I think it would have likely been discussed here before and people would then not put on the confirmed category for vanilla Japan and Himiko which so far were only ever mentioned here.

I must be misremembering then. Somehow I had a memory of reading about DLC being necessary and the vague idea that it might refer to the eagle scout, but apparently that memory is just from my dreams...

I remember someone mentioning it before. I think they misinterpreted the disclaimer about additional accessories being required for multiplayer as meaning DLC. It's probably about requiring additional Switch controllers.
It's great that Ashoka has two personalities in the game, but it's the war version of his personality that has more active bonuses. I'm a bit concerned to see Ashoka, Hatshepsut, and Augustus all kinda have passive bonuses in the game. It doesn't really lend itself to dynamic decision making.

I just said this in the other thread, but the more active, time-sensitive bonuses will be attached to the Civs, which are era-limited. That makes sense. If the Leader had such active bonuses, you'd be doing them all game long and it might overshadow the Civ bonuses.
