Asian Leaderhead Pack

Very nice :goodjob:

The background is from Pataliputra, isn't it? That's a good idea, but maybe it's possible to find a better picture. Maybe something with an edict pillar (Ashoka was famous for raising them all over his empire. Actually India's present day coat of arms depicts the top of such a pillar). I'll see if I can find anything.

Just one question: What's that gray spot on his forehead? Is it supposed to be there?

IMHO it should be okay to have him a Mughal king in medieval. Of course I wouldn't mind if you would do two different LHs, a Buddhist/Hindu Ashoka and an Islamic Akbar ;). But that would probably be redundant, so a combined Ashoka/Mughal king is fine too. :)

how about somthing like this?

tajmahl is for med. the grey thing on his forhead is from the movie asoka. in the move he has like grey ash or make up right there. And since I dont know much about ancinet indian kings I thought he should have one too. This head is still in the early stages, his face will probably change and I will hopefull give him a better skin texture

I like him... I'm not quite sure, maybe there's something about his physiognomics. If you compare him to the Nepalese LH you made, Narayan Shah looks somehow more Indian. I can't describe where the difference is, but it seems like that for me.
Anyway, just a suggestion, Asoka looks really great already now. Maybe you could make him even better if you changed his face a bit.

He is looking awesome, but your right - there's something not quite right, though I don't think it's to do with the shape or size of his head or neck as far as I can tell. Comparing him to your Nepalese LH this is what stands out to me:

The NLH has this nice sense of calm and wisdom about him. I think you achieved this by tilting his head back slightly. Also, even in neutral mode the NLH has a very slight "I know something you don't" smile - the corners of his mouth are very slightly upturned. Asoka looks a bit pouty in comparison.

Also his skin tone is perhaps a bit sallow. Maybe slightly darker or at least a bit more bronzed.

Is it possible to recolour his robes to a dark yellow or orange? I really think it would be more appropriate for the ancient era (if it looks okay). The turban's fine as is.

I've had a look, but so far no luck with better backgrounds. I quite like the one you're using.

Very nice. The definition in his cheekbones have made a massive improvement. And thanks for the yellow robe. Can I be a pain and ask that you make the blue cloak/robe/thing over his shoulder a dark orange?

Incidently, he has an uncanny resemblance to my uncle...
