For modern, he should be dressed a bit like the current Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, with New Delhi as the background image. It seems that quite a number of Indian politicians are dressed that way (though only Sikhs wear that style of turban; Manmohan is a Sikh, by the way). Nothing too flashy.

The suit looks cool, but I don't think a turban is necessary in modern era. He's no Sikh, after all, and other Indians don't use turbans any more. IMHO you should also give him a shorter haircut. Looking good, otherwise.

well lets put it to a vote 1,2, or 3. I know the shilks today are usually the only ones with the turbans, but I think it fits in with the turban in all eras thing I was going for. Personally I like number 2 then 3 then 1. But lets see what you guys think

Well, I'll vote for 1. Maybe his hair could be parted and his moustache less bushy, but I think it would be better not to have him wearing a turban.

Looks great! I don't think the turban is a problem in industrial era, IMHO it's just a bit too old-fashioned for modern. And I think the hairstyle in industrial could be like in option #3 for modern.

Anyway, this is going to be a great LH . It's quite close to be finished, isn't it?

Oh, and as nobody has commented on Malinetoa, he looks very good, too. Although I have to commit I don't know very much about Samoans and what they look like...

Asoka has turned out brilliantly. He has a lot of personality and I particularly like the modern hair (the industrial turban is excellent too0. I have a couple of suggestions if you haven't already started rendering him:

1) His ears in industrial and modern look a bit wierd without the earrings. Is it possible to give him 'normal' ears in these eras?

2) I would love him to have a beard in the industrial era.

Other than that he's come out even better than I imagined. It will be great to retire Ghandi. I'd be happy to make the pcxs for him if you like.
