this is actually towny paranoia, but also silly(cause obviously he won't keep a random vote on you unless he reall do find you scummy after reading)
not that I understand the point of those random votes, which seems to be a meta thing here, like complaining about amount of pages. The more of such things there is, the easier it becomes for the wolves to blend in without actually doing anything that can make them look bad
It's Day One, so usually there isn't much to go on, but then I've never been in a game with hit 700 posts in little over a day, so it's either random-vote, spurious-reason-vote or not vote at all (and the last is even less helpful).

18 page D1. This is well above what I usually play in and if I knew then I would have sat out. I'm sorry if as a result, it's too much, but I'll try my best.
I'm up to p17 atm and have time today, but as I'm at work I don't know when. I'll also have to reread the thread becuse I have very nuch lost track.
I still think Kennigit and Lassie look town to me. They seem to be hunting and are making well reasoned arguments. I feel the thread has a lot of going over the same things a lot as well as random banter which is ok, but because of this it makes those people who are hunting stick out in my mind more. I think Cass also falls into this category. I don't have a lean on Visor however. He seems the same as other games I've played as well still though the point about joke posts vs analysis posts under pressure is ok. That said, I do not believe he is the best lynch for today.
I don't remember who said it, but as for voting to place pressure but stating so, games I have played others have done the same and it has been effective. If it isn't then I'll avoid it in the future. Arakhor's posts since then has made me think that an Arakhor lynch isn't the best today.
I think it is good they are so talkative, but I'm not as sure about GlossySushi and Cuth among the very high post count players. Also, it is overwhelming for me. They have more posts this game than I have overall on this site... That said, I haven't seen as much from Cuth in particular among all of those that help hunt reds that I'd expect.

If doing that amount of reading/work in game on D1 is a problem, you can just narrow it down to be a few specific players you read/focus on/interact with.
Try play in big mashes with 50+ players and 12 hour day. The thread gets spammed and you can hardly keep up, even if you're there most of the time. Now imagine if the majority of players in those games were complaining about the amount of posts..
No one forces you to read everything, you can read just the amount you feel like

I agree. I also would lose track too quickly with such a small focus.
Also, whether it could be seen at sign ups or not, I didn't know this game would be so fast much like many others I think. Someone signing up for a 50 player 12hr phase game probably has more of an idea of the pace so would be better prepared for it thus not need to comment. Does this make sense?

I've lost track of who is voting for whom now, but yes, when there's a less than 4% chance of randomly choosing any name on the list, it certainly seems fishy if you manage to finger someone with multiple votes already.
