Apparently that is why Boris went to the field...:

The bull looks heavily sedated. Well done Boris, you tamed the beast.

Is this still Britain or Turkmenistan? :vomit:

Reminds me of something....what is it...oh yes

In the last half hour, Johnson has also claimed that he will go to Brussels and get a deal with his "powers of persuasion". Truth is now officially stranger than fiction right now.

Yesterday or maybe two days ago Scottish Sun ran with the headline “Floppy Johnson can’t get an election” which was kind of funny.

Well, even Murdoch can't sell the Tories to Scotland.

Mumbling quasi/vaguely pro-Corbyn sentences:

Anyway, it would be cool if Corbyn does become PM and changes some things. Starting with his own rebel scum, to use an EU (III) term ;)

You wanted anti-EU guys, you got anti-EU guys. What's not to like ?

The flippancy and carelessness of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of GB & NI is shown by his stating that he'd rather be dead in a ditch than ask for a Brexit extension, even as a fellow member of the Commonwealth (the Bahamas) really does have people lying dead in ditches.

If we'd voted to remain, Cameron would never have resigned and we'd never had the silly politics of the last three years. We'd also have lost the ridiculous spectacle of seeing the worst prime minister for 60 years be immediately followed by someone shaping up to be our worst prime minster ever.

That must be the reason that he sleeps at Balmoral this weekend with his GF and meets the Queen.
How to organise aid for the Bahamas, not the banks, gold does not die in ditches... and have a proper Royal visit in the Bahamas to help the poor.

Boris Johnson's latest proposal to the EU on Ireland is reported to have been a single trade area for the island, subject to approval by Stormont. A Stormont which hasn't sat in two years at least by my latest count.

I'm so going to use this line.

Was that his magnificant plan for the EU of which he boasted that he felt very "encouraged" about the progress ?

???

I guess Ireland will shred it faster than the EU can react.

Wasn't a single trade area (within the Eu) the original idea? (with the sea being the customs border).
Or this different as in Ireland running its own thing on the island, external to the Eu?

Apparently Dup doesn't matter now that Boris is 200 mps short of a majority.
