Capto Iugulum: 1920 - 1939

I'm not familiar with the film being referenced, but I assure you that we are very good at maneuvering on ice. ;)

It seems to be about two groups of kids beating the crap out of each other. Seems like a good premise for a movie, linky anyone?

Perhaps this is a better picture.

Whatever movie it compares best to, the fact is, Brazil = the man in the suit.

No, the Pact is clearly the Outsiders. PADA are the T-birds.

Two important orders of business:

1. This is the 20 hour warning.

2. I've been working on integrating the ArcGIS mapping and analysis program into an NES system over the past couple of years, and have recently succeeded. The new system allows for a much more fluid stability, natural disaster, economic, and political model than what we have now. It also allows much more complex battle programming, which will be vital after 1940, as I currently plan on introducing it when we eventually go to the next thread in about 15 updates or so. Before implementing this into Capto Iugulum, I'm giving this a test run with a new Fallout-themed NES. The reasons are as such: First, I want to try out this system before introducing it here, and am looking for players to provide varied orders and actions to put it through its paces. Second, I've been craving a fallout setting so much, I've been considering letting luckymoose have nuclear weapons in order to make it so. :p . Regardless, I appreciate help testing the new system, and would like to say that in this NES, it's more of you versus the elements, rather than you versus other people. Here is the link below:

OOC: I noticed that there are a couple designs that the ATA owns but the USA does not. Can the Second Union still build them, since the designs would just be filed somewhere in Denver?

After watching that video, I am startled at how accurate my comparisons were.

President Johnston of the Grand Republic of Florida reporting that all orders are dispatched.
Secretary of State Pat Neff reporting that all relevant telegrams are sent.
President Montgomery of the People's Republic of Florida and rightful government of all of Florida reports that the revolution is ready to proceed.

wait wat ._.

I did not expect that.

Orders coming in. EQ, I'll be a little vague on the exact details on the constitution, expect a proper writeup before the next update. I have a date coming over, see, and my house is going to look marvellously cool. Or whatever. I'm spending the whole day preparing... I'm such a crushy moron.

Anyways, orders coming in.

The Confederate government is glad to see that all our athletes are busily doing their duty at the front, face to face with the German athletes, firm in the knowledge that the glory of their country is greater for each of them than the glory of the individual.
