We are familiar with Brazil. We have stared into the Brazilian soul, and we have seen nothing but raw greed and naked ambition.
We all know damn well that if Brazil gets a foothold on American shores, she will not be satisfied until every last inch from the Arctic Sea to the Gulf of Mexico is Brazilian green.
Well, it ends here. We're going to stand toe to toe with the Brazilian bullies, and we will
not back down. We'd appreciate your help, of course.
Or do you really think the Brazilians can be
appeased?

Angry at Brazilian arrogance? Sick of how you've been insulted, browbeaten, blown off, or bullied by the Brazilian government? I know you are, because I've seen it.
Well, now's your chance. Brazil is going to be bogged down in the former US for
decades.
As of today, the Treaty of Madrid is dead; Brazil will neither have the attention nor the commitment to enforce it. Want to take a bite at Angola? Oranjien? Brazil can't raise the forces to enforce its will, and build battleships, and remain technologically competitive.
Throw Tennessee some scratch, under the table if you like, to keep us in the fight. A few dollars will go a long way. Send volunteers, if you prefer.
We'll keep the Brazilians down. We're counting on you to take advantage of it.

We officially declare war on your two states.
You will kill ten of our men for every one we kill of yours, and in the end it will be you who tire of it.
