Carthage = 23
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 16 + 1 = 17 Love those missing resources.
Jakarta = 4
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 13
Valletta 9 - 3 = 6 Waste of time.
Yerevan = 16
Zanzibar =21

Auckland = 27
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =18
Carthage = 23
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 4
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 13
Valletta 6
Yerevan = 13 (16-3) only useful for one victory type.
Zanzibar =22 (21+1) I like amenities and gold.

Auckland = 27-3=24 (It is a very good one, but I think it is somewhat over-rated. Coastal tiles without resources are still not my priority to work in early to mid-game, so their benefit is good but not great)
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =18
Carthage = 23+1 (for any mid to late game colonies I just build commercial hubs/harbors and encampments, each giving two trade routes. This is the best for playing wide, and civ6 is about playing wide)
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 4
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 13
Valletta = 6

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =18
Carthage = 21 (24-3) Haven't down voted that one in a while, same reasons as before. While top 10 material, it shouldn't be close to the lead.
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 4
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 13
Valletta = 6
Yerevan = 14 (13+1) the most powerful CS there is, all others pale in comparison
Zanzibar =22

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =18
Carthage = 21
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 4
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 13+1=14 - Too low. Bonus great person points can be great help. And there are more difficulties than Deity...
Valletta = 6-3=3 - Too situational. I'm not going to build Holy Sites just because of this bonus, same with Encampments and Carthage.
Yerevan = 14
Zanzibar =22

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =15 (18- 3) Wonders just aren't a big enough proportion of overall production for a 15% bonus to be top tier.
Carthage = 21
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 4
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14
Valletta = 4 (3 + 1) The faith costs are quite low compared to religious units or great people. Even a mediocre faith source (a lucky relic, a national wonder, luxury resources, some pantheons) will give you decent mileage, and with a strong faith source, you can literally start every new city with a monument, granary and water mill, allowing for rapid growth and a major jump start on districts.

Carthage = 21
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 4
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14
Valletta = 4+1 = 5 - Great way to spend faith
Yerevan = 14-3 = 11 - Only good if you actually found a religion
Zanzibar =22

New
Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =15
Carthage = 21
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 4-3 = 1 - Even in the best cases this is just 'more' gold when you already have tons. Internal trade routes are more effective IMO
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14
Valletta = 5+1 = 6 - Instant walls in conquered cities for surplus faith points? Yes please!
Yerevan = 11-3
Zanzibar =22

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =15
Carthage = 21 + 1 = 22 (Right, Carthage shouldn't be close to the lead they should be in the lead)
Geneva = 16
Hattusa = 17
Jakarta = 1 - 3 = 0 ELIMINATED (I'll go ahead and remove them)
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14
Valletta = 6
Yerevan = 11
Zanzibar =22

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =15
Carthage = (22+1)=23 Suzerain bonus is good enough for the top 5. Only downside is losing suzerainty over them...
Geneva = (16-3)=13 It's useful only when you are at peace, and who knows if AI like Alexander won't declare war on you.
Hattusa = 17
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14
Valletta = 6
Yerevan = 11
Zanzibar =22

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =15
Carthage = 23
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 17
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14
Valletta = 6
Yerevan = 8 (11-3) Definitely game changing for a religious victory, but probably the only CS left on this list that's victory condition specific
Zanzibar = 23 (22 + 1) An extra 8 amenities is useful for most victory conditions

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =15
Carthage = 23
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 17 + 1 = 18 Unowned resources
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14
Valletta = 6 -3 = 3 Who uses faith to buy walls, and what happens when you run out?
Yerevan = 8

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =15
Carthage = 23
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm =14-3 = 11 GPP bonus negligable at higher diff
Valletta = 3+1 = 4 I am a Yerevan fan but have to come to the rescue here as Valletta is my next favorite. Nothing beats founding city and insta-buying walls and monument. It's just so good.
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =16 (15+1) good for wonder production.
Carthage = 20 (23-3) I tend to only go for Gold or Production CS.
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 11
Valletta = 4
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels =13 (16 - 3) Unless you've already run away with the game, its rare to be able to build enough wonders for this to be important.
Carthage = 20
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 11
Valletta = 5 (4 + 1) Moderately situational, but when you make it work, it's absolutely game changing.
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = 10 (13-3) situationally nice, but not game-changing
Carthage = 20
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 11
Valletta = 6 (5 + 1) walls? Maybe, but mostly monuments and granaries for me
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = 10+1=11 - As an enthusiastic wonder builder I'm always trying be Brussels' suzerain.
Carthage = 20
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18
Kumasi = 20
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 11
Valletta = 6-3=3 - Two things - First, it's Militaristic, the least useful CS type. Second, it's bonus is useless for me as I almost never gain faith if I'm not going for Religious Victory.
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = 11
Carthage = 20+1 = 21 - An encampment with a trade route is better than an IZ, plus as a military state your encampments will build units faster
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18
Kumasi = 20-3 = 17 - It's culture, and internal trade routes are better
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 11
Valletta = 3
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = 11
Carthage 22 (21+1) If I have 20 cities I get 20 traders that is 100 production per turn (inland trade routes) or over 200 GPT + sciences, culture, faith, food...
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18
Kumasi 14 (17-3) I did not need them with may playstyle
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 11
Valletta = 3
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = 11
Carthage 22
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 18 - 3 = 15 (Can be helpful but maybe once out of 5 games and even then I can get by fine without it)
Kumasi 14
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 11 + 1 = 12 (I downvoted them before but I do like this bonus more than about 5 others still left)
Valletta = 3
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23
