Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = (11+1)=12 It's useful for wonder building.
Carthage 22
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 15
Kumasi 14
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Valletta = 3-3=0 Valletta is eliminated!, I prioritize the others over this CS, sorry Valletta fans
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 24
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = 13 (12+1) Good for wonder production.
Carthage 19 (22-3) People put too much into trade routes. I have won almost every game with out ever having Carthage as a CS.
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 15
Kumasi 14
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Yerevan = 8
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 25 (24 + 1) An enormous boost to coastal cities.
Buenos Aires = 22
Brussels = 13
Carthage 19
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 15
Kumasi 14
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Yerevan = 5 (8-3) I'll knock Yerevan again. Great for religious victory, but that's really the only victory condition in helps with.
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 25
Buenos Aires = 22 - 3 = 19 Never get suze, so doesn't matter.
Brussels = 13
Carthage 19
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 15 + 1 = 16 Too many games missing a resource and none nearby.
Kumasi 14
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Yerevan = 5
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 25- 3 = 22 (useful but over-rated)
Buenos Aires = 19
Brussels = 13
Carthage 19+1 = 20 (the truth is, one actually does not need any CSs to win the game. This one easily gets you 10+ trade routes which you can use it for cash, production or city growth based on your need. It is more powerful than other options if use correctly, and that's the bottomline)
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi 14
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Yerevan = 5
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 22
Buenos Aires = 19
Brussels = 13
Carthage = 17 (20-3) I'm not sure what to down vote, I like all the CS left and while Carthage is strong, I think it gets too much love here. In my eyes it's fit for staying a while longer, but not as good as Zanzibar, Muscat, Auckland, Kumasi or Yerevan.
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi = 15 (14+1) A game changer. If you can rely on being suzerain of this CS for long, you can adjust a lot of your overall strategy and milk this ability. Problems come up if you lose it, same as with Carthage, really.
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Yerevan = 5
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 22
Buenos Aires = 19
Brussels = 13+1=14 - I love building wonders, so...
Carthage = 17
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Yerevan = 5-3=2 - Great but not as versatile as the others.
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 22
Buenos Aires = 19
Brussels = 14
Carthage = 17+1 = 18 - Complete game changer for me. The others only enhance what I do, if Carthage is around I aggressively go after it and build more encampments.
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 22
Stockholm = 12
Yerevan = 2-3 = 0 - Eliminated. Extra faith is not as good as others, and you need to have founded a religion for the suze bonus to be good.
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 22
Buenos Aires = 19
Brussels = 14
Carthage = 18
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 19 (22 - 3) The weakest of the amenity CS. Fewer amenities than Zanzibar and less distribution flexibility than Buenos Aires.
Stockholm = 13 (12 + 1) Doubles great person points in the early game and remains a significant boost game-long.
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = 22
Buenos Aires = 19 - 3 = 16 (Amenity bonus isn't as strong as I thought - it's confusing because it says treat bonus resources as if they were luxury resources)
Brussels = 14
Carthage = 18 + 1 = 19 (I'm finding these anti-Carthage arguments to be somewhat amusing. Fine you don't like encampments I get it. I don't build that many of them either, normally. But extra trade routes are super strong - they directly translate to more gold, production, food, culture, faith, and science. In other words they give you the most stuff, far more than any other suzerain bonus. Yeah you don't need it to win the game but the same can be said about all of these. Carthage can double your entire economic output. Try stacking all your extra trade routes in one city and combine with Ruhr Valley = easy space race win. Extra amenities really pale in comparison.)
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 19
Stockholm = 13
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland = (22-3)=19 Only good for coastal cities, and would I have my citizens working every coastal tile if there are no resources on it?
Buenos Aires =16
Brussels = 14
Carthage = (19+1)=20 More trade routes is great, all you need are some cities with Encampments.
Geneva = 13
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 19
Stockholm = 13
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =16
Brussels = 14
Carthage =21 (20+1)
Carthage 19 (22-3) People put too much into trade routes. I have won almost every game with out ever having Carthage as a CS.
...but not every game.
Geneva = 10 (13-3) Not my playstyle
Hattusa = 16
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 19
Stockholm = 13
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =16
Brussels = 14
Carthage =21
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 13 (16-3) I usually don't need it
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 19
Stockholm = 14 (13 +1) most undervalued of the remaining ones
Zanzibar = 23

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =16
Brussels = 14-3 = 11 Seldom build wonders
Carthage = 21
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 13
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 19
Stockholm = 14
Zanzibar = 23+1 = 24 More gold and amenities? Yes please

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =16 - 3 = 13 Not impressed.
Brussels = 11
Carthage =21
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 13
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 19
Stockholm = 14 + 1 = 15 Definitely should be In top 5.
Zanzibar = 24

Do we need to keep giving reasons at this point? It is just repetitive.

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =13
Brussels = 11
Carthage =21
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 10 (13-3) I'm also going to hit Hattusa. It's great in theory, but the game encourages such wide play, I usually can find strategic resources in my territory.
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 20 (19+1) For me, the most CS amenities. Or maybe I just build too many commercial districts!
Stockholm = 15
Zanzibar = 24

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =13
Brussels = 12 (11+1( More wonder production.
Carthage =18 (21-3) for some reason people think me down voting Carthage is me trying to insult them. try not to take it personal. not everyone views the game as you do.
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 10
Kumasi = 15
Muscat = 20
Stockholm = 15
Zanzibar = 24

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =13
Brussels = 12
Carthage =15 (18-3) Giving the Carthage fans something to do. I've given my arguments before why I think this is top 5, but not more.
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 10
Kumasi = 16 (15+1) To me, this is the strongest left, even stronger than Zanzibar. I know most people don't like international trade routes (save the very late game for cultural or science victories), but this changes everything. You gain so much money that you can afford buying a lot more and you swim in culture.
Muscat = 20
Stockholm = 15
Zanzibar = 24

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =13
Brussels = 12 +1 = 13 I like building wonders so I go for this one if I can.
Carthage =15
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 10
Kumasi = 16
Muscat = 20 - 3 = 17 nice but there are better amenities CS.
Stockholm = 15
Zanzibar = 24

Auckland 19
Buenos Aires =13
Brussels = 13
Carthage =16 (15 + 1) Trade routes are strong by default and only get better with policies, wonders and additional city states.
Geneva = 10
Hattusa = 10
Kumasi = 16
Muscat = 17
Stockholm = 15
Zanzibar = 18 (21 - 3) Very useful, but I don't think it deserves to be ahead of Carthage and Auckland.
