Hmmm, I thought they recently changed Battleship Strength to 40 Movement to 4 and Ranged Attack to 32. Well at least it said on ONE website. LOL.

Bite, given that the specialist buildings cater to different specialists, I'd suggest to list the specialists allowed for each building, so:

Bank: 2 slots for merchant
Library: 2 slots for scientist
Market: 1 slot for merchant
Public school: 1 slot for scientist
Research lab: 1 slot for scientist
Temple: 2 slots for artist
University: 1 slot for scientist
Mud Pyramid Mosque: 2 slots for artist

Bite, you may have missed this one? There was a screenshot to support it. When there's a specialist in the building the icon turns to the colour of the specialist type.

the reason I only have Italian and English is because there the only two I have seen in screenshots

updated Citadel and Oligarchy

updated promotions

When your empire is  unhappy, it'll give a 33% combat penalty. Wouldn't want to be Sidon. The seem pretty well surrounded ...

From the recent screenshots at the Dutch Tweaker magazine we can conclude that Alexandre's influence over city states degrades only at half the speed (and not 25% as earlier reported).

It says very unhappy, I believe there is a difference.
You're right, that's why I was adding the  icon. It's referring to the 2nd level of unhappiness where you actually get the combat penalty.

Bite says:
The first level of unhappiness is when you slip into the negative (more unhappiness than happiness). This will be shown by a icon and will result in a dramatically slowed population growth rate

The second level of unhappiness is when you let this progress further and your people become 'very unhappy'. This will be shown with an icon and will result in zero population growth, you cannot build any Settlers, and your military units get a negative combat penalty.

The_J --> I have heard that you going on GamesCom 2010! :) Good luck! You can camera records for shows??

Thanks :). I'll hope, we'll have fun :)..
I don't have a video camera, so some images have to be enough.
(we'll first have to see, if it's allowed).

 that leads me to the question, if proffessional video equipment can be rented.
Besides that, it's probably to late to rent something :/.

So, after checking all the new stuff
Some comments:

Japan and China are awesome if you want to battle a lot, as expected
Iroquois are gonna be freaking good in forest maps, while the English are gonna be above average on archipelago-type maps
I can see some nice strategies if you're an Aztec already
Scientists are gonna be awesome, a shame we won't be able to put citizens trying to work on great generals or something, that'd make Japan and China even more awesome
The buildings and the National Wonders sound awesome
However, did we really need to make Space Victory even harder? :\

Iberia rocks and I sincerely deplore the obliteration. I'm afraid the gameplay relative to 16-17th centuries will lose density. I think of navigation. Additionally, the whole idea of siglo de oro (golden age) has some of its greatest examples in people like Góngora, El Greco, Velázquez, Gracián and many others. The Western European culture race (especially in 16th century) would have only England and France as outstanding rivals. Sounds completely bizarre.

I know Firaxis is going to include Spain and perhaps Portugal eventually, but the initial absence still makes me mad.

updated the Iroquois Special Ability
