You are talking about a potus who doesn't even know basic stuff about Israel-Palestine or Britain-Ireland when he opens his mouth to speak at meetings in those countries. Of course he wouldn't know what busing refers to here.

But Trump is a New York real estate developer. Busing is a local issue in his profession. He could easily never encounter Israel-Palestine or Britain-Ireland stuff. Well, not easily, but he could tune it out as having never effected him. But when you are building condos busing will impact you.

Trump doesn't seem to actually "think". When not using prompters he is limited to something like 100 words, which tend to not form any meaningful sentence at all. Otherwise they just say "yes", "no", "I am smart", "you are dumb" or similar.
