Completely Dumb Ideas

Neither are offensive at all?

EDIT: Wait, I missed something, I think? I'd swear Royal Tenenbaum was responding to Daedwartin's idea? Or, what did hangman say?

About Brazilian UU(Neymar)
If a enemy unit is close of him he falls and the enemy unit is punished with one turn out of game (Just one enemy uni for turn, of course)

And when brazil AI attacks the player this message appears

keep-calm-and-brbr-huehuehue-1.png

I found it with C2C, it's awesome. :goodjob:

Guys,we forgot the most powerful civ of all: EA!
LH: Trip Hawkins
Spawn: 1982
Starting civics: Autocracy(Trip Hawkins is the only ruler),totalitarianism(nobody speaks against the ruler),Industrialism, prosecution(anyone against EA will die)State property (no company but EA shoal rule) and professional army
Core: USA
Historical: Everywhere
UB: Origin. Replaces National Gallery. Gain 500% :commerce: for each town and city in the world and 10 :yuck: and 10  in non controlling cities (due too many high priced and expansion packs and DLC)
UU: Optimistic supporters.Replaces all units except special ones, workers and spies.get 1,000,000,000 :strength:.can suppress  in cities. Can be traded with others but the AI won't know that they will be multiplied, attack cities and give them too EA
UP: Power of lower quality over time with high priced expansion packs and DLC: EA will get 1000% :commerce: for each town and city in the world and 20  and :yuck: in all non controlled cities (due too many high priced and expansion packs and DLC).

UHV1: Control all the world by the end of game

UHV1: Control all the world by the end of game
UHV2: Have 1,000,000,000,000 by the end of game
UHV3: no  by the end of game in all of you're cities

1,000,000,000,000 what? Chocolate cakes?

We have roads. Then we have railroads. Where are the highways and bullet trains?

New Playable Civs (bold) and new ideas:

- North Vietnam (Khmer respawn, Thailand becomes South Vietnam when North Vietnam is alive)
- Korea becomes North Korea after 1950 AD, Seoul becomes independant with 100 units protecting the city. All communist civics forcefully adopted.
- ISIS is a respawned Seljuk empire. 30 units spawn 1 tile away from Damascus and Baghdad.
- Confederate States of America/Republic of Texas, America collapses to it's northeastern core at some point during mid 1800s. Confederate states are born, capital in Charleston. Becomes Republic of Texas after capital is moved there/Republic is adopted.
- Mughals and India both gain nukes after 2015. Auto-war declared.

Sorry if I offended anyone, let me know and I'll take it off of my 'official suggestions list' :)

I think that should be represented by units teleporting across the map.

Women are poorly represented in DoC and Civ IV in general. The only female graphics are the settler and the spy - the classic stereotypes of woman-as-mother and woman-as-temptress/slut. Limitations of the graphics system mean that we can't have both female and male Great People, so the only solution is to have a new category of Great People: Great Women.

The following buildings would give GP points for Great Women:

Buildings:
Catholic/Orthodox Nunnery (requirements as Monastery, +1 Culture and 10% Science)
I think this would be the only building in the game that could potentially give GP points in every city. The Catholic /Orthodox Monastery would retain 2-3 Culture and the manly hammers from the AP. .

National Wonders:
Equal Opportunities Law (requires Liberalism and Egalitarianism, +100% production in all cities)
Harem (requires Palace and either Confucianism, Hinduism, Islam, Taoism, or Zoroastrianism, +15% espionage, +2  )
Women's Suffrage (requires Liberalism and Representation, required for access to Egalitarianism)

World Wonders:
Since DoC has a rule against wonders named after specific people, I will leave you to work out who inspired each one....
Hygienic Hospital (as current Red Cross)
Hagia Sophia (as present)
Normal School (requires Assembly Line, Education, and Protestant Christianity, makes Libraries and Universities cheaper to build)
Radiation Laboratory (requires Physics, bulbs Fission)
Pop Idol (requires Mass Media and Plastics, -10% culture, +5% money, +2 :) , only 1 Hit Single)
Romantic Novel (requires Liberalism, Literature, and Printing Press, +50% Culture)
Secret Language (requires Writing and Confucianism, +6 Culture)

Add a Amazon Warriors civ to have a completely female civ!
