Seriously now, this one is the most stupid things in such concepts. I could understand it when each country participated with its own language (it was normal for Cyprus to vote Greece, since it was a song in their language, and the same could be said also for the Scandinavians) but now it is ridiculous. Especially after the collapse of USSR and Yugoslavia and the formation of new countries, it's a clear joke. If you want to see a real contester to the Scandinavians, just watch how the countries of former USSR vote.
