like your missing the point that Melbourne is the worlds most livable city third time in a row....

Spoiler :
yes I'm deliberately missing the point that we thought someone else should get it this year (2014)

Not according to Melbourne's own residents! (The EIU doesn't even score Canberra, presumably because they know the city they once called "Pyongyang without the dystopia" would win every year)

(Liveability score of each city as assessed by residents of that city, Property Council survey)

Is this an Australian "joke"?

I don't get it.

Hobart does seem to be thought of as a city by wikipedia.

edit: "They're rows". This is simply unhelpful to me.

(You're all talking in code on purpose to confuse me, aren't you? *sigh* This happens to me a lot, wherever I go.)

There's no clear definition of what is or isn't a city. The fact that it's a capital usually would give it city status at least in the US. I think the semi-formal definition for non-capital cities is a population of 250,000.

Edit: You also run into this kind of awkwardness Jersey_City is a "city" but not a city at the same time don't even get started on Atlantic City and it's 30,000 people....

Edit2: Or this one

Woah, isn't this like sexist or something?

Art History, B. I shoulda majored in that.

Found the interactive chart, nursing isn't on there at all neither is pre-med, maybe he's lumping them in with "health professions".

another study into this showed that multi-disciplinary learners have the highest intelligence on average.

hmm i'm an engineering major with a philosophy minor

There's some more graphs in there but the blogger uses some data to show a positive correlation between hotness and field's IQ average among male students, and a negative correlation for female students.

i wouldn't say that the girls in my engineering major aren't hot (they're like 6s and 7s) but yea i notice this a lot.

Oh, of course the dark-skinned one is "sinister".
