I am still confused about the "Digital Deluxe Extras" that I am seeing in my library. I thought this was the last Digital Deluxe Extra free of charge.

I think the Digital Deluxe Extras is the soundtrack download.

Here's the description for the new wonder Angkor Wat:

I had to enable the Additional Content (as well as re-enable Poland and another DLC). Just in case you don't see the leaders available, check that.
