Unfortunately not. It's been quite long ago that I've seen the LH, all I remeber is that he was based on Oranje having grey hair and some fur. Well, if I'm not confusing it. It's a shame, I had that LH for quite a while on my harddrive, but lost it that easily...

EDIT: Maybe Zerver shared it on a russian page, too? Does somebody speak russian so that he could do a search?

No, some time ago I checked the civfanatics.ru for LHs we don't have here (altough I don't speak russian), but there was no sign of Bela
I think we just have to deal with those 2 LHs being lost...

I don't normally help people who don't help themselves, and it is obvious that you haven't because you would have found it quite easily in the tutorials section.

Anyway, if you click on the link to my leaderhead gallery in my signature there are a few helpful links in the OP for things like adding leaderheads (even a few for making them), so hopefully that helps. If not, I don't know what else to tell you, it is easy to find this stuff.

I did look, but honestly I didn't find it in the tutorials, I found how to mod and download mods, but not specifically leaderheads. Sorry I must've overlooked it

The "Search this forum" function on the upper right corner helps very much for this, because it checks the thread titles as well as content of the posts. Searching for "leaderhead" in the "Modding Tutorials & Reference" forum would have given you good results already, namely the threads "How to install a Leaderhead in CIV IV BTS" and "HOW TO: Create a Civilization" for example.

Well, you'll have to get a bit more specific here. What did not work? Doesn't the leaderhead show up when you load your mod? Then your mod structure might be flawed. Make sure that the structer looks like

...Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\YourMod\Assets\Art\YourLeaderhead

for the leaderhead's art files and

...Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\YourMod\Assets\Art\XML\RespectiveXMLFolder

for the xml files. Best way is to mimic the folderstructur of the original BtS files as far as possible.

If you simply need a leader for Finland I made Urho Kekkonen a while back, you can DL him by clicking the link to my Leaderheads in my signature. If you specifically want Stahlberg that may prove more difficult, many of the currently active LH-makers are pretty busy (myself included), even to the point that our own projects are suffering for it, but you could always try requesting him in the LH database.

I am still getting the hang of LH making and have a lot of LHs I need done for my personal mod. Some are already done by you guys here at CFC but I think I need a little more help -

Otto I, Holy Roman Emperor, based on this statue:
