Then is it not wealth exactly, but "western influence" (which has correlations with wealth)? Russia would then be the outlyer.

So... nobody thinks that Ukraine is weird on this map ^^?
(other countries are EU/EEA, big Western countries, or big non-Western countries)
What areas would make Ukraine be included into something bigger international?

EDIT: No, not Iraq.
EDIT2: Well, so indirect, you'd not guess it, but keep it in mind.

We need more thematic hints I think...

Argentina is really throwing me off. I have no clue!
Argentina, South Africa and Ukraine are all big agricultural exporters I think. Something to do with that?

No, not agriculture, but exporting has something to do with it.

Something to do with bilateral relation? like citizenship, visa, work permit, trading?

Not bilateral agreements.
As said, political, current events.

Hmm, current events but it's not covid. It's related to export indirectly however it's not about bilateral agreement. India, Korea, Japan are there, but not Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan not... But Russia and Turkey are in.

If this is political, is there any relation with dispute? Or with something military?

arms trading?
