Guess the Map VIII: Didn't Color the Island Countries

The screams are right (I feared it was going to be easy).

Except for the differences between green and orange it's probably also easy to tell what the categories are.
 
Green is that it is only legal in special circumstances and orange hasn't used it in at least 10 years but it is still on the books.

I have seen the map before.
 
I used this very map to make a map of my own in the Altered Maps thread ! (could I have said the word 'map' any more in that sentence?)
As I recall the orange/green categories had something to do with de facto and de jure abolition of death penalty though the exact definitions escape me

Yeah I was lazy and used a wiki map. Maybe I should've recolored the categories at least ;)

But now I don't know which of you won this one. I guess it's chegel.
 
Yes. I thought it was capital punishment immediately, so I'm glad that I wasn't the killjoy!
 
So I am the killjoy? Well, I will just declare open floor, so it does not really matter whether I won or not.

Scientology is expressly considered to be a cult in Germany, I believe.
