So I guess the FDIC would give bonuses, being as they're funded by banks? (I'm assuming your FDIC is funded in the same way as the UK version does.)
So we now know who to blame should economy go south.![]()

The name works perfectly. Just try sitting down, raising a clenched fist and shaking it, and then scream "JERICHO!!!" Really drag it out while tightening your jaw and neck.
Yes. Absolutely, but only if housing is mucked up.
I control climate, food prices, wages, housing costs, and other factors you'd suspect.
Who knows, if you were in that area when the worst of it was happening, perhaps you might have been able to do something about it.
That's a pretty sweet salary.![]()
Depends on the agency and how they are funded, taxpayer or own funded.
The model I work with will only hold for largish cities. I can control for climate, food prices, wages, housing costs, and other factors you'd suspect.
It is DC though, so the cost of living is somewhat higher than many other places in the country. That 90k wont go as far there as other places.Still not bad though.
Welcome back JH. TBH I havent really been around OT much lately either, so I didnt really know you were gone! Wish I could meet up with you guys in DC, but its a bit of a hike for me now.![]()
$90k/year?! Jesus, GJ!
Above a certain level of income the marginal utility of income diminishes to a pitiful amount, iirc i believe it's like £10k- if you could wire the rest to Quackers, UK i could improve my own indifference curves over here

There are some largish cities in the South though. Just saying.
