You're making an issue of the cell phone. Let's see, I have a cell phone in my hand and I see that someone needs to be gotten away from a bad situation. Are you trying to suggest that you've never treated your mouth/teeth as a 3rd appendage when your hands are full?

And again, I don't actually know what is being shown in that picture. I just think it is just as likely that they are trying to help as anything else.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I recognized the inconsistency too and almost didn't want to say anything, but in the end, that's how I reacted to seeing it, so I spoke my mind.
