EDIT: although I took yours as a response to those that are at war with Al-Andalus and Paris-France, do you want me to expand yours to to include Italy as well?

Since you can clearly tell from Arya's actions in the EU that he supports this war, and since he hasn't actually been online since the plan was passed, can he get an exception to the DoW rule if he returns in time? If not, can Italy be a NPC?

I have received confirmation from Arya of his intentions and a suitable explanation for why he was unable to send in his DoW by the deadline. I am accepting his declaration against France-Paris and Al-Andalus along with the rest of the EU. To my knowledge the following nations are at war:

**Since this may change the plans of some players, I am exending the response DoW period by 24 hours to 1200 EST Wednesday, November 15. Additionally, I am moving the orders deadline back to 0800 Monday November 21 to allow sufficient time for diplomacy.**

I would also like to clarify that response DoWs are allowed only by established allies known to the GM prior to the initial declaration phase ending. Any non-allied nation can enter the war the next turn during the initial phase if they choose. Secret alliances are acceptable, so long as the GM is aware of them in time.

No, you quit because you cant take being attacked. It is within game rules to attack you. If you thought war wouldnt happen, or wouldnt happen this early, you sir, either have hit your head recently, or you were dropped as a little baby.

The first game started off with warfare as well. All through the game, for at least the first 15 turns anyway, warfare was a constant until a balance of power was made between the accord, ATK, and the UNA. Before then, there was always at least one war going on, and in the first couple turns europe was in just as much of a mess as it is in now. In fact, the first european war started a turn before this game in that one. This war is late in coming.

So either accept that its a game and that people will end up attacking you, and you have ample time and warning to conjure a defense, or continue what you were doing and quit and stop posting here disrupting others attempts to enjoy this game that you have quit. Please.
