Not a sandy beach.
The reason there ends up being pretty clear: If you drink cold (not room temperature) water, what will your body do? It'll go and heat it up. And heating up is rather counterproductive during the heat.As someone from a hotter climate than Catalonia you're going to have to walk me through this one
(if nothing else water comes out of the tap already cold so why would I let it sit and warm up before drinking it?)
Beginnings of heat stroke. If you're confused, you really need to start buying your hotdogs from someone else.

This is why North Americans drive to gyms to run on treadmills.I went for a run in 31°C heat. That was 20 min ago, I'm still sweating like a pig.
What use is exercise, if you don't look good in public? ^_^This is why North Americans drive to gyms to run on treadmills.

I prefer my grapes unfermented, but in any case you have to cultivate them!
So how's the heat there today? Here we had such a humid chill that even indoors the window frames were condensing water.
I wouldn't be surprised if a few people even die in London due to the heat. 40C is no joke and you are supposed to stay indoors and lower your temperature as much as possible.
