ITNES I - An Epoch of Change

Err... lets pretend that was all there on purpose, either to mess with your heads or for the sake of experiment (that said, I'm not sure what exactly you're talking about, at least as far as the grammar is concerned).
When in 432 AD the Lucans, with Dacoillyrian support, launched their campaign of conquest against Luca,
...and that was not the only one ;)

Ummm, Maybe when the project is done, depending on how far and widespread nevasanghism is by then. Speaking of which, i don't think you put in the stats how long that's going to take :)

And das, can you update Azale on the agreement that you made, or at least remind him that we're indeed in an alliance?

Whats this about? can't see anything suprising or pleasent in my orders?

They were one PM short, for once. ;)

And das, can you update Azale on the agreement that you made, or at least remind him that we're indeed in an alliance?

Hmm?

...and that was not the only one

Not a grammatical mistake. ;)

das, i'm referring to this post by him: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showpost.php?p=4970819&postcount=1876

Regarding Dacoillyrian Empire, If their trade centre got burned, shouldn't their economy take a hit as well?

@Azale, If you really want to stop fighting now, even though we're in a fairly favourable position, can you at least include your allies in the treaty too, aka there are some negotiation that needs to be done first.

from DIE
To Bulghars:
What is your price for peace then?

OOC: get on AIM Thomander so we can negotiate.

Hmm, das, if Adena got a military quality boost for their battles, and I faced the same form of battle (or so the update would lead one to believe) shouldn't I get a quality boost?

@Israelite: I think they got that boost because they were beaten so badly and had to improve to survive, or die (in other words, a compensation for the massive loss of troops :p).

@das: Great update as always. And yes, it was probably easier than you thought, Google works magicks. ;)

I am having some problems with copy-pasting images lately (they come out slightly shrunken when I paste them, for some strange reason).
OOC: Will you use the fixed map then? I don't expect much more in the way of territory purchases but I can just include maps with them added from now on, if it helps.

Statistical grievances shall be adressed as usual (+1 Nortuguese Economy, +2 Khmer Economy).
:goodjob:

9997 Characters , I had to shorten the filenames on the images uploaded to imageshack to do it :D.

Maybe your troops are laready of higher quality?

To Nortugal
From Holy Tarunist Empire of Greater Nordrike

Good, our combined might will see Alba defeated within five years. The allaince between Nortugal and Nordrike should be made official.

to Nadruvia
From Nordrike

Your fleet is too large, it currently stands at 45 ships, it should be 15 as per the treaty put forward by Nortugal and signed by all 4 parties.

twas passed by it seems.

If our word is not good enough for you, why are you talking to us? Perhaps you think all the world lives by your standards and hence negotiate in fear of treachery.

You asked to buy our land; we suggested a land trade with a border agreement that gave us land contiguous to our current holdings and gave you a firm border to colonize to and which we would not go over. We drew the border at our eastern edge and even gave you all the barbarous lands that lay between us.

Your secret reasons for wanting a coastal strip seemed to guide your thinking. We acquiesed and agreed to sell you the original strip you wanted. In the processs we took our generous border offer off the table. You may keep your coastal settlements, but the barbarous Caribs of the interior are ours to rule. You got what you asked for; why are you not happy?

We are happy that you agreed to the trade agreement and we do not fear treachory. It is just we want the land and there really is no other reason.

Now we need to arrange an agreement so we can divide the rest of the region so no conflict erupts. We believe there is a misunderstanding we just thought you original offer was unfair that we lost an already developed colony for the barbaric interior. We just want a new land boundary to be agreed upon so we do not see clashes.

Is there anything wrong trying to create a balance and perserve peace?

to Nordike:
Indeed it is time. The Nord-Nord pact(? sounds kinda cool).

North Sea pact? Northern Seas pact

OOC: do alliances come with a trade agreement? My people better not get all bent out of shape because im allying with Athiests. They are second best kind of ally, first is someone who shares my own religion.

How about this?

We will agree to it if you answer some questions.

So everything east of that river is open to our expansion? Where are zones that allow us for further expansion. Our country sees your expansion zone can we claim ours?
South and east of the river is fine.
