We chubbed up Augustus with pasta to get Mussolini, but who could we shove pierogies into to get... Boris Yeltsin?

"Pierogies"??? Maybe "pirogi"... which means "cakes", by the way...
Anyway, I think the Mussolini LH you mentioned would be good to make Boris Nokayevich, you just need to add white hair and a suit. As a background you can use a tennis court!
I think Yeltsin can be a great option for a leader for Russia in future Civ games.

Boudica may be good... Certainly wouldn't be Victoria (too ugly), Isabella or Catherine (too hot)... I also think Boudica may be one of the least-modified-to-another-LH models we have. There's even the crazy idea of using a male LH model as a base if the facial structure is close enough since you'd totally redo the hair anyways... but I just don't have the eye for putting a dude in makeup and a wig, so someone else would have to figure that out!

Sharon could also be made from Mursilis by removing the beard.
I think that if you want a truly great Israeli leader other than Ekmek's excellent David Ben-Gurion, I would suggest Itzkhak Rabin.
