This one.

Or is it this other one?:

And to make it easier, which scores highest on these metrics:
1) Hopeless Idealist
2) Political Theorist
3) Influential Public Personality
4) Family Man
5) Songwriter

And any other stuff, you can think of.

Please answer in under 10,000 words. And do not attempt to write more than one post at once. Please.

Now, there really should be. Why didn't I think of that?

And possibly a Lemon option. Maybe a linen lemon, too.

This thread is obviously screwed before it's started. Ignore it.

Back in the USSR?

If someone asks me, "What do you think about (Lennon/Lenin)?" and there's no context indicating which one, I'll probably guess that they meant Lenin.

Are you talking about the lyrics to American Pie? Because I always figured it was supposed to have dual meaning.

IMO it only makes sense if it's Lennon. Lenin does not quite fit in the time frame of the song.

1) Hopeless Idealist

Lenin: 10/10
Lennon: 10/10

2) Political Theorist

Lenin: 7.2/10
Lennon: 3.7/10

3) Influential Public Personality

Lenin: 8.1/10
Lennon: 7.4/10

4) Family Man

Lenin: 0/10
Lennon: 0/10

5) Songwriter

Lenin: 0/10
Lennon: 9.2/10

Lennon (not to be confused with Jack Lemmon*) was the one who wrote:
“Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.”
and other things.

Well, Lenin is the best person ever, so it doesn't even matter who is Lennon and what is so special about him.

And to make it easier, which scores highest on these metrics:
1) Hopeless Idealist

Definitely Lennon (and this is a plus for Lenin).

2) Political Theorist

Lenin.

3) Influential Public Personality

Both

4) Family Man

Lennon gave the term a whole new meaning, so Lennon it is.

5) Songwriter

Lennon.

2.5 points for Lenin, 2.5 points for Lennon. Looks a tie to me.
