I started to mine the bonus grass next to Babylon a second worker (on the deer) can join the mining effort next turn.
I think we have 2 potential sites for building our next city. The following picture shows the site I prefer (marked as IC). Pro: it will get us Iron and Horses. Con: It is close to the Russians.
Also, there is a circled spot marked as Alternate. Alternate needs some exploration to determine best build.
