Well...yeah, we can build a town really close (it will get horses, too!). Now I'm inclined to just road it -- we're due to get another Settler in a few turns.
Nubia isn't dead yet, but I accidentally razed their old capital (Meroe) -- I expected them to have more than two defenders. Axum should border pop within a few turns.

@Civinator - I've been meaning to replace my legendary Civ laptop for a while now. I finally took the plunge this spring with a truly
delightful case from Fractal Design and a the rest of the parts from the local Microcenter. Well, sort of. The best they had in stock for graphics was an old GT 1030 (still better than my dino-laptop!).
I did finally manage to get a "real" graphics card by waiting in line yesterday morning. They had 60 cards in stock, I was #73, and somehow they still had 3060 and 3090 cards (I guess 3070s were the hot commodity).
Now I have a "real" gaming computer for the 20s

We're about ready to start exploring again. We can settle the Iron city in about 10 turns, based on distance and roads. Jersey Joe makes a good point about getting Iron sooner with a Colony -- next turn instead of T125 or so. If you use a slave from the Worker stack N-NW-ish of SK Hynix, you'll probably want to replace him with one of the 2 slaves E of SK Hynix.
