Skyrim is 7/10 without the right mods, 9/10 with them. I liked the whole civil war setup, though, in particular how both sides are sympathetic and obnoxious in equal measure.
Morrowind had the best main quest in the series and the proper surrealist atmosphere (with Dragonborn DLC, Bethesda seemed to have finally realized the necessity of surrealism). The rest of it is over-idealized by the community, IMO - the guilds' quests, especially the Morag Tong and the Mages Guild after (half of which was one big 'fetch me this book') were very lackluster. Ranis Athrys' tasks were fine, though.
EU has many good things, but Paradox was never able to fix the "nothing to do in peace" problem, so I stopped playing it.
