why does the units gets different icon when you select them again is it a bug?

Hi and great mod, used it with the GIANT MAP MOD,
was always able to play 700 turns and more with the Giant map, now with your mod it crashes after a time JUST WHEN THE AI SPAIN is doing his turn, that happens now ALWAYS !
I think it is now able to build your cav

So how could I find out, where the problem is and which of the game parts is causing it ?

and maybe you could check the Spain unit(s) ...

Had the same problem in my game. In turn 586 on marathon when Russia is about to take his turn the game crashes, always.

Hey dude I followed your install instructions copying the files inside to folders into the Civ 6 folders but they are not showing up in the loading screen text for Rome, or in the tech tree. Are they not suppose to?

Did you enable the mod via the checkbox under Additional Content? If so maybe upload a screenshot to show what you mean?

I think it's quite unlikely that this mod is causing these crashes. Both the Spanish Jinete and Russia Druzhina Cavalry are Horseman replacements. It would be quite late in the game for the AI to be only getting them at turn 580+ even in a marathon game. Has anyone else seen the AI build Jinete or Druzhina without the game crashing?

This is strange that your Rifleman Corps has the Field Gun portrait. In my Icons xml they are clearly specified to use the Garde Imperiale icon:

no. this occurs when im changing units then going back in your modded units it. like its taking the previous icon

It feels like full mod support for things like icons isn't quite finished yet, and will be patched in later by Firaxis. Also I don't think that there's much we can do until we get the ability to mod in new icons properly, or an example from Firaxis on how to recycle icons.

Looks like I didn't think about enabling it LOL! Thx alot.

sorry to bother with my problem, i installed the mod and followed instructions and overwritten the 4 files and added the other file to mod folder, restarted a game and the loading screen added equites like special unit for roma, in the game i have the right icon of a equites and the right stats for it but the unit is a warrior.
do u have any hint or suggestion?

It sounds like the installation might not be quite right. The files that need to be in place within the game directory for Moar Units 0.21 are:

../Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Base/Civ6.dep (overwrite)
../Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Base/ArtDefs/Units.artdef(overwrite)
../Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Base/ArtDefs/Units_Moar.artdef(new)
../Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Base/Assets/UI/Icons/Icons_Units.xml (overwrite)

I placed the files one by one after your post and checked all is overwritten and added again Units_Moar.artdef i have only a question, the name of the folder in the mod folder must be Moar Units 0.21 or MOAR_units?

It should be "MOAR_Units".
 
This is freakin' amazing. I know it's impossible with the art limitations, but a Trebuchet to link the Catapult and Bombard would be great eventually.

As for the question of France, Gendarme are HEAVILY seconded. We never see unique French Knights and I badly want them. Is it possible to have a shinier knight art for this? France needs something and Musketeers always felt fakey to me anyway.
 
I figured out, that we have some upgrade issues:
New horsemen are not upgradeable to knights - this make them week later one. Maybe same with melee units...
Please have a look on the upgrade path.

This is no different from the base game.
Light Cavalry line: Horseman > Cavalry > Helicopter

Moar units has so far only altered the Heavy Cavalry line:
Heavy Cavalry line: Heavy Chariot > Knight > Cuirassier (New in MOAR Units) > Tank > Modern Armor
