I think that a mid game entertainment wonder would be nice. So far we have the Colosseum in classical era and the Maracanã in the very late game. Coney Island would come earlier than the Maracanã, but I think it would be better to have one that comes in Industrial era or Renaissance in between and not another modern era one.
Right now, I don't have a brilliant idea what it could be that is exclusively an amenity generating wonder - but I can imagine the Scala or Globe Theatre as wonders that give amenities for each Great Work of Music or Writing in your empire and have slots for great works.
Or possibly a non-Western entertainment wonder.

All three were established as amusement parks\areas in the mid 1800s with the rides coming in the late 1800s.

Dyrehavsbakken was actually established in the 16th century - but as for the others, their importance is from the very late industrial and modern era onwards. Not that civ does take the actual founding/building dates of wonders that seriously though.

How about the original Luna Park?

In many languages, their word for theme park is "Luna Park."
I'm not sure about privately owned and presumably copyrighted wonders. Did we have anything like that yet? To call it Coney Island might be the easier option, even if it looks like the original Luna Park.

Maybe some famous Las Vegas casino could appear as a wonder. It would be great tourism + money wonder. I propose Sands, famous for Frank Sinatra and for the Rat Pack.

Coney Island had several amusement parks so it would be better to just use Coney Island.

There's also Katalnaya Gorka (the inspiration for Russian Mountains), located in Catherine the Great's residence in Oranienbaum.

Russian Mountains are essentially predecessors to roller coasters (in some languages, roller coasters are known as "Russian Mountains"). Interestingly enough, the Russian term for modern roller coasters is "American Mountains."

And here is round 2. I guess you'll all be unhappy with the selection. It's 4 wonders from 5 continents + 1 from Australia and 1 non-wonder (that I included because I'd like to have a ancient unique structure that helps with building more wonders as the game progresses)

Spring Temple Buddha 20
St. Mark's Basilica 20+1=21 - It seems that I have two top choices in this list. Santa Maria del Fiore and St. Mark's Basilica. It won't be easy to choose which I'd like more in game... But I'll give my first upvote here. It's symbol of Venice and also one of the most known churches in the world.

Humberstone and Santa Laura Saltpeter Works 15 (14+1) UNESCO thinks it is a wonder (agreed, there is an abundance of those World Heritage Sites), but I tend to agree with them because the history and impact of the site is rather special. It presented itself as a wonder due to potential abilities concerning luxury or strategic resources - which in my book makes it a more interesting addition than many of the religious wonders.

Spring Temple Buddha 17 (20-3) not fond of that one. An incredibly large statue - but neither a really beauty nor 'art'. And what would it do coming in the very last stages of the game as a religious wonder without a significant history to it?

Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and University 20

Coney Island 20 + 1 = 21. Need a midgame amenity wonder and it would be quite colorful on the map.

Gyeongbokgung Palace 20
Humberstone and Santa Laura Saltpeter Works 15

Ostankino Tower 20 -3 = 17. I don't think Civ can live up to its appearance in Metro 2033.

Humberstone and Santa Laura Saltpeter Works 15-3=12 Just because it is a world Heritage site doesn't mean that these abandoned Saltpeter refineries are wonder material. Plus this place doesn't look good on a map.

Palais des Papes 20
Parkes Observatory 20

Humberstone and Santa Laura Saltpeter Works 12-3=9 - I'm sorry, but all I see is rusty and abandoned ruin. Also, there were lot saltpeter works in Chile. I'm really not interrested in it.
Karnak Temples 20
Ostankino Tower 17
Palais des Papes 20
Parkes Observatory 20
Qorikancha 20
Santa Maria del Fiore 21+1=22 - As I said, I have two top choices. St. Mark's Basilica and this. It's incredible Renaissance wonder I'd really like to see in game.

Coney Island 21
Cothon of Carthage 20
Gyeongbokgung Palace 20
Humberstone and Santa Laura Saltpeter Works 9-3=6 (...what?)
