Hi, I'm playing as the Shoshone and my workers can't build Encampments.

Also, aquiring for one turn Statue of Zeus applies bonus to every unit on Empire even after loosing the city with mentioned Wonder. Im not sure that is a bug or was that in vanilla, or it is inteded mod's feature?
Its probably easiest way, same goes with the natural wonders, Kilimanjaro and Fountain of youth.

Well this one surely not inteded. Maya struggles heavily from bipolar disorder. (Im buying votes from him)

That is perfectly normal, and can also happen in vanilla. The AI value giving votes to you, against whatever you gave them in exchange ; however, when it comes to vote, they choose nay. You can make it happen to you as well by selling votes then voting the opposite of what you sold.

AFAIK there are no such thing as puppet urbanization as urbanization only comes from specialists in non-puppet city. I think it's a bug. Puppet gives one unhappiness for every four citizens in the puppeted city and certainly not double penalty of unhappiness
so, is there a double penalty for puppets?

can i refer you to the picture? in a previous post for your reference and the hidden unhappiness, ive since annexed those cities and finished that game and the figures have returned to normal

unhappiness in puppet cities has two sources: population (1 unhappiness for every four citizens) and urbanization (as in normal cities). unhappiness from population in puppet cities is missing in the tooltip in the picture. @cidk2000 please make a bug report on github

Maybe you did it on barbarians and you reached barbarian max xp?
I think on epic its like 45xp, not sure, marathon could be 60xp..
This is the only way that come to my mind, which is intended behaviour and not a bug..
This is to prevent infinite xp grinding on barbarians :)

This is a workaround from JTG82 he put in the Github for this issue. "I found a little workaround for the marathon xp problem. If you change the marathon's training percent from 300 to for example 299 in gamespeeds.xml, units again get xp from combat with other civs"

I can ensure you that this works perfectly & can carry on as normal.

To answer CppMaster & statusquo. Gaining xp from barbs & CS carries on as normal up to the limit which was standard throughout speeds at 45pts, but was changed by Recursive to take account of game length. Marathon max XP for barbs/CS combat is now 135pts..

Hope this helps.

Do you know where can I find that particular file? I've searched through my base game and mod files but couldn't find it.

Yes I do, & it is in the Steam files not the ones where the mod is. Steam Apps> Common Files>Civ 5>Assets>DLC>Expansion 2(which is BNW)>Gameplay>XML>Gameinfo then the file GameSpeeds. I made the mistake at first of changing the similar file in the base game, but you need to change the one in the expansion files. It is a complicated procedure finding it, but it does work. Thanks to JTG82.

AI (or Marocco) building non-city-adjacent Kasbahs again. Anyone else? I can't find any city-ruins in the area so I doubt there was a missing or razed city. Still even if there was one it wouldn't match all the Kasbah in the area.

Tried to download the installer and google has marked it as a infected file and gives me the message

Sorry, this file is infected with a virus.

It doesn't say that it's infected. It says that it's potentially harmful or sth like that. It's just a false positive. And no, others also can download it. I'm not an owner and I could just like anyone else here.
