None Shall Pass [Game Thread - Concluded]

We've killed the Cult leader. Would the Cultists be left out to die? I don't think so. Not after Dr. Leo Spaceman 98's 'ability upgrade' claim.

That would be an extremely overpowered, even invincible cult. Think about it. Such a cult would convert 1 person per night, no matter what. Unless the cult leader is lynched day 1, the cult will always expand at least at the same speed at which it is lynched, so the cult will never die, even assuming that after day 1, the town never mislynches. Vigilantes can help somewhat, but we already know that in this game the cults can also vige. if any cultist can be a leader, and a vigilante, then any vigilantes are going to get killed, and everyone else, converted.

Night killed? By whom? That's a very lazy and disingenuous excuse, FFoS:dcmort93.

You seem to forget that there are people outside the cult that have kill abilities. They may be very specific as to whom can be killed by said abilities, but they do exist.

Since you seem to know a lot about the cult mechanics, can Sauron convert SW characters? Could Palpatine convert a LotR character? Why has only SW Cult been doing the killing? Where did the Balrog go?

Oh, another thing, in the spirit of cooperation with SW Cult/Town (since they almost seem to be the same thing these days), why doesn't Vader go alone and attack Spaceman? Since Vader alone only appears to be able to wound people, not kill them, and Spaceman has indeed claimed to be wounded, a single wound should be able to kill mighty Gandalf. If in fact, nasty, treacherous Sauron has been lying to us, a mere wound should not being the flaming eye low. What do you say, Star Wars?

topsecret ????

Why do people consistently say they no nothing about me... I think my voting habits have made it clear enough. And to repeat something I've said over and over... I have no night abilities at all.

Which makes you extremely suspicious in and of itself as most of use have claimed to be capable of doing at least something, however useless or apparently useless that ability may be.

Agreed that Vader should attack spaceman. Remember Vader, you're supposed to bring balance to the cults.:p

What's your ability then? Zack said everyone has at least one ability.

That was Nintz ya know.

Do they? Maybe someone has Day abilities…

He was the chosen one! He was supposed to destroy the mafia, not join them! Bring balance to the cults, not leave them in kill-townie-ness!

Wow, for once you've not posted about your upcoming game.

I never understood this. How does destroying the Dark Side bring balance? Isn't that the opposite of balance?

I do have a passive "ability". I'm a mason with a dead partner.

There's a lot of theories about this, but I've never fully understood it either.

It's filthy Jedi propaganda. They're trying to turn the Republic into a theocracy so they can complete their genocidal extermination of Sith from the galaxy.

Propaganda? That's an absolute, and only Sith deal in absolutes.

Sounds like trololol, not completely buying it.

1: My reasoning is based purely on logic. I cannot answer any of the questions you posted though I can speculate. Converting the other town? Unlikely since we knew many SWs were not conversion protected, but we didn't find any that were converted by the LOTR cult. Balrog? No idea. Maybe its LOTR cult's version of murdering people?

I am perfectly fine with someone murdering me tonight, though I am not sure if I will actually die or not

I smell Balrog.

Yet that statement is itself an absolute. Typical Jedi hypocrisy.

*handwave* Those are not the absolutes you are looking for.
